Here is a new replacement 49151 Swivel and Hardware Assembly for the older Western, Fisher, and Blizzard lights. You get the 49012 cup, the nut and lock washer.
These often say Grote # 6473, SAE H15p 87 DOT on the housing. This light was used for many years on the conventional mounts, then the Western Unimount and the Fisher Minute Mount. They were later used on the Western Ultramount and the Blizzard Power Hitch.
This is just the hardware kit. It is the same for left and right. In the picture below, you are getting #4 ONLY.
